Generation conditions

In den Oxidationszonen von Buntmetall-Lagerstätten. Die zur Bildung erfordelichen Vanadiumgehalte der Lösungen können aus der Lagerstätte selbst oder aus deren Nebengestein stammen.
Im Otavibergland in Namibia enthält der Schiefer 0,5 und die Dolomite 0,2 Gew.% V2O5.
