Proposal 21-C is accepted, and the questionable species jixianite is renamed hydroplumboelsmoreite. The mineral hydroplumboelsmoreite belongs to the pyrochlore supergroup and has the simplified formula (Pb,)2(W,Fe3+)2O6(H2O).
