Exposure description

Von Delta 40 Meilen zunächst in Richtung Kraftwerk (200m hoher Schlot), sodann weiter SÖ auf asphaltierter "Brush Wellman"-Strasse.

Geology

Alle Fundstellen im Rhyolith = quarzreiche Lava. Mehrere Abfolgen vulkanischer Aktivität im Tertiär. Minerale befinden sich überwiegend in Blasenhohlräumen des Rhyoliths (Lithophysen).

Entrance Restrictions

nur für aktive Claims. Sonst "Rockhoundarea" bei genereller Sammelerlaubnis. Sprengstoff verboten.
